All physical products must be purchased in the currency of the country the items are being shipped to:

        Your purchase will be packed and sent to you within two working days from placing your order unless otherwise stated or the order is marked as a "pre-order".

        Duty & Taxes

        Please note, for orders placed outside of Australia we use the incoterm Delivered At Place (DAP) and may be subjected to import duties and/or taxes according to regulations of your country of delivery, which Diane Bergeron cannot be held responsible for. These will remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you contact your local customs regarding taxes and duties payable before placing your order. 

          Returns

          Please note, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
